The only son of the warrior Rag (ラグ, Ragu, EN: Luke in SF1, Lug in SFCD) from the first Shining Force. Able to wield heavy axe-type weapons with ease. And with such high defense, he's likely to be a good shield for his allies. Despite how he looks, he has a strong fondness for women.

Translator's Note

His starting class is senshi (戦士), which is the Japanese word for warrior: a battlefield soldier. The term also extends to members of warrior classes generally, such as the samurai class in Japan. His promoted class is the English "warrior" spelled out in katakana (ウォリアー, woriā). However, while senshi has a feeling of civility and honor, the Japanese sense of woriā has a feeling of uncivility and violence, so to English speakers the word "barbarian" may better match the intended connotation.
