She is the younger sister of Tao and Diane, idols of the previous Shining Force. This dodonpa girl rivals her sisters' true power and tomboyish personality. Her specialty is Blaze, especially in the second half. She wishes she could use Spark.

Translator's Note

There's some very Japanese stuff going on in her bio that can't be directly translated, only explained. It mentions that Tao and Diane are idols, which is a term used for young female pop singers in Japan. It also calls Wendy a "dodonpa girl". Dodonpa is a genre of Japanese music that was popular in the 1950s and 1960s that evolved out of Cuban cha-cha-chá music. Filipino musicians got the style of music from Cuba, and they in turn popularized it in many parts of East and Southeast Asia. Calling her a ドドンパ娘 (dodonpa musume; "dodonpa girl") is also most likely a reference to a famous 1961 song titled 東京ドドンパ娘 ("Tokyo Dodonpa Girl").
